Hi! We’re the kids behind Little Grey Dog Co. We started this because our little grey dog makes us laugh and smile every single day — and we wanted to share that feeling. We love making things that are fun, cozy, and a little bit silly, like beanies and other cool stuff that make people happy. Our goal is simple: spread joy, one smile at a time.

How does the “Build Your Beanie” work?

It’s super easy! First, you pick the colour of beanie you like best. Then you pick a patch from our collection. We put it all together for you so your beanie is unique just like you!

Can I buy patches on their own?

Right now, patches are only available as part of our “Build Your Beanie” sets. That way, every patch finds its perfect beanie buddy.

How are the patches attached?

Depending on the patch, we use either heat transfer or fabric adhesive. Every patch/beanie combo is tested for durability before we send it home with you.

Are the beanies kid-sized or adult-sized?

Our beanies are “one size fits most” — stretchy enough to fit kids, teens, and grown-ups comfortably.

What’s in a Surprise Pack?

That’s the fun part — it’s a surprise! Each pack comes with a mix of charms or accessories, chosen at random.

What’s the difference between the $5, $10, and $15 packs?

The higher the price, the more treats tucked inside. Think of it as small, medium, and large doses of happiness.

What’s the turnaround time?

Custom beanies usually take 3–4 business days to prepare before they’re ready for pick-up. If you have a special request, please contact us — we’ll do our best to help!

Do you offer shipping?

Not right now. We currently offer local pick-up only at CK Creative Co. (57 St. Clair Street, Chatham) — look for the colorful building in the Centro parking lot.

Can items be returned?

Because our products are customizable or mystery-based, all sales are final. However, if you’re unhappy with your order or have any issues, please reach out — we want you to love your beanie and we’ll work with you to make it right.
